Hi,

I cannot find anywhere which tokens are available and how to change the defaults such as for the [MORE] token. I guess its via the skin.xml file, but I would need the structure / defintion of the object name similar to:

 <Object>
  <Token>[MORE]</Token>
  <Settings>
   <Setting>
    <Name>Name</Name>
    <Value>More ...</Value>
   </Setting>
  </Settings>
 </Object>

Thanks.

You are using an older version. Please read the Announcements Blogs before upgrading to the latest.

Do you know the truth when you hear it?

No, I am using the latest Announcment module 03.03.04 contained in DNN 4.3.3. And even if I am not using the latest version it still does not give an answer to my question:

Where are the tokens for the module documented and how do I change the default value?

Many thanks.

Did you try the module help?

I know a lot of modules don't keep the module help updated.. .but the help for the announcements module is pretty extensive, with explanation of all tokens.

Mind you: there are two different locations for the module help:

* when in module settings please click the help icon under the module specific settings (last section on the settings page)

* when in item edit/add mode, please select Help from the module action menu

Cheers,

Erik
