Can we post as a Gemini bug the fact that it's been more than 24 hours since DNN 3.3/4.3 "release" and all of the many individual project source files are STILL not posted???  Obviously someone is finding it as difficult/time-consuming to post to two dozen different pages as the rest of us are finding it to check them!!!

For all the backlash I can already see coming....admit it, one volunteer has posting power on the mothership.  This one guy has {Number of Projects}x{Number of Posting Steps} units of work to--even worse, now you've got 298,655{i.e. DNN registerd users}x{Number of Projects}units of checking/downloading work for the community to do!

Come on guys, for a big release, and one where there's breaking dependencies....ALL the modules should have their SOURCE zips wrapped in the main Dotnetnuke SOURCE zip--not merely the module INSTALL zips--it's bait and switch...  Are we downloading source or not???  For all the new code, the new starter kits, the new wizards--how can you miss this simple way to make it EASY for new and old alike???   (Heck we used to get it this way, you've gone backwards...)

Rlyda, this is a release candidate - not the actual release. It's intended to give the community a preview, and not act as a gold release i.e. don't use it on production sites. When we move to release status, you can expect the project sources.

I really wish this would have been more clearly stated at the time of release.

Granted, it would be a good idea to indicate the release candidate status on the download page.  Perhaps title the download something like "DotNetNuke 4.3.0 (RC1) Install" or similar.  That way those who download can't say they didn't know they were not getting the final release for that version.  However, it really doesn't require paying very close attention to the forums to know this was a release candidate.  One of the very first posts I saw indicated it was a preview release.  If  you read the announcement posted by Shaun on 6/13 it clearly says right in the title, "DotNetNuke® 3.3/4.3 Release Candidate Available for Free Download".  Can't get much clearer than that.

Sure if you read the annoucements thread first, and didn't see it on the front page of the site, then proceed to the downloads (which is what I did) in which case there was no mention of 'Release Candidate' or 'RC'. Not a big deal for a developer but for anyone else this is a bad scene.
