When we have the "ddr menu accordion" on our skin the controlbar will not enter the edit mode when you click the edit button.

If you enter edit mode on another page and select stay in edit mode and then go to the page with the accordion the page enters edit mode without a problem on page load.

If we remove the accordion from the page. The page goes into edit mode without a problem.

Has anybody else seen this happening and is there a way to fix it
