Hello, I am having a few issues with selecting parent pages when creating pages. I am using DNN Platform 9.1.1 (129).

Pages marked with "Disable Page" don't appear in parent page drop down when creating a page (both multiple/single page creation) or in settings of a created page, this is an issue as the purpose of the "Disable Page" option is to "provide place-holders for child menu items", but currently you can't add a child page to pages with this setting enabled, even when creating page first, then trying to add it as a child.

There also seems to be a bug with the Parent Page drop down selection where you can't select a page unless it has the "VIEW" permission enabled for "all users" (single page creation only, page can be selected fine in multiple page creation). - I have tried this with various combinations of permissions on both parent page and page being created and this happens whether the new page matches or completely disagrees with the existing Parent Page.

Are there any work arounds for these issues other than changing the necessary page settings every time you need to make child pages?

Second issue can be worked around easily by using multi-page creation to create a single page, however this does not allow you to set up the various settings for that page before creating it.
