I am using DNN6.02.03 and have been updating user accounts as permissions change. I have this one user who I added to an existing group. When she logged in she did not get the access she wanted.

After some troubleshooting, it seems that whenever I add her to the group, it stays against her account until she logs in, and then the permissions immediately drop off. We tested this several times and it is definitely her logging on that triggers the permission drop.

I have been able to add staff to this group and others, so completely puzzled as to why this is happening. Any suggestions?
