Connect DNN file system to azure file storage

I'm running DNN7 on azure and am having trouble with the DNN file system and file manager. The file manager is uploading files to my portal root in my web app, but I want it to upload into the azure file storage, which is persistent.

How do I connect the DNN file system to azure storage so the root is:

https://myaccount.file.core.windows.net/portals/[portalID]/
