I am having a strange issue with my website.  The site works great everywhere except on a windows xp machine running IE8.  The site will load and display the home page without any trouble and users can log in but the strange thing is that the login page shows  up for everyone else as a popup window but not on IE8 but any other popup will load only a blank popup on the IE8 machine.  I can install chrome and all will work fine.  Any ideas what is causing this and/or what I can do to work around it?  We are in the process of updating all the workstations to get XP (and thus IE8) out of our network which will eliminate the problem but that will be a while before it completely happens and I need the system to work with our current systems.  Anyone have any ideas?
