I have not seen this issue before.  Hoping someone can help.

Site was originally 6.0.1.  That is what it was installed on.  Tried upgrading to 7.4.1 and it fails on: 

ERROR occured - Installing Module - HTML_Community_05.06.02_Install.zip

Restore to 6.0.1, try upgrading to 7.3.4 which I have multiple sites running on.  Same error.

Restore to 6.0.1 and try upgrading to 6.2.9.  It gets the same error but it continues through the process.  Site works fine even though there are all sorts of errors about not able to install 5.06.02 stuff.  (Well of course you can't install 5.06.02 stuff over a 6.0.1 install!)

So after getting to 6.2.9 I was hoping I could move to 7.x.x.  No luck - same issue.  

Oddly, the database upgrade works perfectly every time - it's when it hits the modules that it fails.

What is it that makes the upgrade script think that I have 5.6.2 modules and needs to update them?  How do I work around this?
