DNN 9.1.1 SMTP Setup Not Working

Hi There

I am running a new installation of DNN 9.1.1 and when trying to setup the SMTP Server under Settings > Sever Settings > SMTP Server I am able to save the details perfectly fine.

However, when it comes to testing that the information supplied is able to send a mail from the site, nothing happens.

This has caused a major issue in trying to get the website to send communications through contact forms, shopping cart notifications and general site notifications.

Would someone be able to point me in the right direction on how to debug this issue. Unfortunately this is the first time I have encountered this problem and I have been working with the DNN platform for the past 8 years.

I am also running other installations of 9.1.1 without this problem, so I cannot think what could be causing this issue.

I am running standard modules through Mandeeps, and a shopping cart through Smith Consulting, both of which I use on a frequent basis across almost all client websites.
