I have a client who hosts on a shared hosting environment. I have been able to install DNN 8.0.4 with no issues.
When we try to install DNN 9x we get the following error: -

The service provider blames DNN claiming that it is a DNN issue, but as I have installed 8.0.4 it has to be an environment issue.
Where do we need to start to try resolve this issue with the ISP?
