When I try to allow a user to set a date in with an added field in the profile for them to edit it shows up as a text box.

When I edit the user profile from the DNN administration bar menu it works great!

Also the User Account Management for resetting password the text box is long on one and short text box for middle enter password then normal length style that fits for reenter password.

Seems like the templates need to be updated for the user profile edit and account edit areas of the community edition. I will check the support site but hoping this would be something in the works for like 5 years now at least so maybe it is getting close to being on the table for something to do. Seems the administration UI was overhauled but the user end... the most important end is being overlooked here.

Groups and Messaging systems could possibly use a one up as well. Just wondering if we can all help give a push to the developers to give this stuff a quick look for maybe a day?
