Wondering if anyone has this issue or if I'm missing a settings or something in the latest version of dnn. 

On my latest projects using dnn 7.2.1. when you choose to add a module from the ribbon bar drop down, once you choose a module all of the other fields go blank, change look and are then in-accessible.  

For examples if I choose All Categories from the Category drop down, every other field goes blank and I cannot choose anything else.  I can still click on add module but it places it where it wants and then you have to edit / move/ manage from there.  Really annoying.  Same goes if you try and use an existing module.  Choose that and everything else is blank and dead.  Been using DNN for awhile and this is the first I have seen of this.  Anyone else?
