Hi DNN,

When upgrading from DNN 6.,2.9 to 7.1.2, I found that the progress bar during the upgrade got stuck at a certain point (about 80%) and stayed there for about 30 minutes. Of course, DNN upgrades aren't supposed to take that long so I tried to reinitialize the upgrade using the upgrade wizard. I put my username and password but after clicking the "Upgrade" button, nothing happened. I also tied going to /Install/install directory but nothing showed up.

Why did my progress bar stop/stall?
