I need help to figure out what eCommerce shopping cart module will help me do what I want to do...
I
currently have a website that is and informational website for a large
retirement community and I have spoken to most of the people here and
they produce products in the clubs that they are members of. There are
now over 2800 clubs and all of these people would like to sell items on a
page by putting in their items and selling them online with a shopping
cart feature that just pays them directly. They would all be on one
website but I am really short on money and I am trying to make this work
so I can get more traffic to the site. Is this possible? Can I charge a
% for the feature or is it easier to charge for the page itself? The
items are NOT virtual. I was looking at smithcart and cartviper but I
will need something REALLY easy to use since these guys are not computer
guru's. I was also looking at third party eCommerce vendors but I they
seem really expensive. Any information would help.
