I'm having a very annoying issue that is causing all of the editors of the site grief and annoyance.

When you make an update to any page, the page refreshes and jumps to the bottom of the page. Why does the system refresh the page after every edit? Why on some browsers (Chrome and IE seem to be the worst) does the site "jump" down to the bottom after the page refreshes after every single darn edit. Can someone help with this issue? It's been ongoing since the system was installed and we cannot figure out why it is doing this.
