Currently we have a development site that we are upgrading. We successfully upgraded from 06.02.08 to 07.03.02 but know there are issues with the skin that we have on most of our child portals. We have one portal that has an updated skin but it is flaky.

We are planning on purchasing a skin that should work on DNN version 6, 7, 8 and 9 but wondering what is the best way to handle updating our site with the new skin.

Use DNN version 06.02.08 which works pretty well or upgrading to 07.03.02 and upgrade the skin(theme) there?

Can we update the database instead of creating new pages?
