Hello

i'd like our testingsite to be hidden from search engines until completed (and show only completed sites to search engines)

Currently all sites get listed on search engines immediately, the moment i create a portal.
I then submit a site removal request at Google Webmaster Tools, add noindex meta tags, but this is after all the "damage is done".

How to make sure my page does not get on search engines in the first place - and gets there only after i allow it?
