I can`t seem to figure out how to get Dot Net Nuke 06.02.04 to render accented characters properly.  As soon as I enter the content into a WYSIWYG editor and press save, the page reloads with [?] in place of accented characters.  When I edit the page again, I see that the WYSIWYG editor renders them properly in "design mode". When I look at the "HTML source mode", I see that the characters have been translated to their html entity equivalent (eg. ´).
