Hello everyone,

This past Friday, for some unknown reason, the Image Manager on my company's website went completely blank and does not provide any options to access, upload, or change any of my images. See attached image.

I am a Marketing Director, not a technical guy, and could really use some help to understand what happened and how to fix it. Assume that I don't know and please feel free to explain it to me like I'm a 4-year old... I won't be offended.

I'll be happy to provide any additional information you need to help troubleshoot the problem. Thank you in advance for your help!
