Portal is working properly on Chrome and Firefox browser.But in internet explorer 10,11,it behaves strangely

e.g,we have required field validator and Custom File size validation on File Upload control ,which shows correctly when browsed through chrome,fire fox,

but when accessed through Internet explorer11 and browsed a file using File Upload control having large size so that file size validation should trigger,it gives required field validation only
