We are using Rad editor ion our DNN portal.The user is copying the contents from world file to Rad Editor.The issue is, after pasting the contents,the span tags generated for each letter.

We also have keyword search,based on keyword entered the corresponding instances of that word in the html generated (generated from rad editor contents) would be highlighted.

But few instances not getting highlighted though they are present in the contents.after analysis,we assume that it is because of span tags generated for those words and hence searching was not working as expected.

Kindly help me in converting Word contents to HTML rad editor as is,without generating span tags and without loosing the formatting and styling effects present in WOrd file
