Can someone help decipher this and point me in the direction of fixing this error? Thanks in advance!

Server Config:DNN Platform / Version:07.01.00 (2676)Windows Server 2012 Datacenter Ver 6.2IIS 8.0.9200

It says The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding" This is our company intranet and it's performing well otherwise, we are using AD Pro for Active Directory, this is the only timeout error I have seen.
