Question:

Mike Ryckman long time ago

Hello,

I'd like to store backup files on the root of my DNN install, but I'm worried about them being discovered and downloaded publicly.

I thought I could add a web.config file that denies all users, but that didn't seem to work. Does anybody know how I could do that? Basically, I just want a folder that the site can write to administratively, but that is otherwise inaccessible.

Thanks,

Mike
