Hi. I have a couple question in getting to know the modal popup better

One- I know I can have the popup open a page via URL but can I open a div from the current page similar to how the jquery UI dialog popup works?

Two- Can I change the title of the popup? It seems that the title is equal to the breadcrumb to the current page. This does not make sense when opening the content of another page.
