For a client, we need a billing manager module that has responsive functions. Customer will mostly use interface from mobile devices so all pages generated via this module must support mobile devices.

We checked trial version of Smith Billing Manager and requested a quote to convert module to responsive layout, but suggested budget is something more than expected. So we are looking for alternative options.
