I've performed an upgrade on my DNN 7.1 install by disabling all scheduled services through the database and upgraded to DNN 8. From there i proceeded to upgrade to DNN 9.1.1 and it was successfull.

Now when I login the persona bar does display but none of the functions are working correctly. I'm getting JQUERY errors 500.

However the patch download link there is for DNN 6 and i was running DNN7. Also the link for the patch is broken regardless so I can't download it.

Does anyone have instructions on how to fix this post upgrade?
