Hello,
This is my first post here and I am relatively new to DNN, so please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong place.
Some background: We have a website that used to be hosted through a different provider but we are moving the website to be hosted on-premises at our office. We got IIS configured and the website is up and running. We were able to access the DNN control panel, persona bar, and all.
However, we ran a SQL script to update the links throughout three tables: dbo.Urls, dbo.Tabs, and dbo.PortalAlias. These were the only tables that were modified, and all that was updated was the URLs (to change from the original site URL to the internally-hosted server while we essentially do site construction).
Ever since that change was made, the site is fully functional but the persona bar is completely unavailable. It is there -- you can see the gray bar going down the left side of the screen. But there are no buttons, nor is there a DNN logo at the top.
I tried following the steps on this support article to no avail. I've attached a screenshot of what my current Persona Bar looks like. We are also running DNN v9.01.01. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated. We are currently very stuck. Thank you in advance.
