i just installed my licensed professional edition of dotnetnuke on my development pc.  immediately after launching the site for the first time and making no changes to the site, the profile avatar is not being returned to the page.

i was able to go into the source of the page and see that the URL for the image is duplicating the port number.  if you remove the duplicate port number, and browse for the avatar, it is returned.

does anyone know what adjustments i need to make to my configuration so the avatar will be returned correctly.  i have found a lot of forum entries on this, but not any answers that work.
