We have many custom modules we support. After upgrading to DNN9 the /Install/Install.aspx?mode=InstallResources is no longer working.
I have restored the Install.aspx and associated files after upgrade (I've tried restoring files from version dnn9, dnn8 and dnn7 no difference to results).
I drop modules (1 or more) into the /install/module folder, hit the install url, and the page loads the "Installing modules" page, but no modules are installed.
going back to the /install/modules folder, it is empty.

Why is DNN9 not installing anymore? why does it eat the zips with no feedback?
