Was wondering if anyone has experience of running DNN in reverse proxy scenario with SSL Offloafding?

I added the host setting manually, but am experiencing some issue:

• urls generated by dnn, like for example in ddrmenu generate http:// links instead of https:// links
• when opening popup windows, for example module settings, the popups are blank
• dnn pages marked as secure pages are not forced to https:// when accessed over http://
