We recently redid our website and the old website had urls spaces in it so they show up like this in old Google search results (wcm.nsf/content/pay%20my%20bill).

I was trying to create redirects in the URL management and cutom url section of pages but the page settings will not allow %20 and even putting it in the database by hand it doesnt like it.  Is there any solution to a case like this?
