The site I am working on has flag icons which can be used to translate pages into English, French, Russian or Spanish. If one of these icons is clicked from the Home page, the site returns "Server Error in '/' Application".

However if I go to any Admin page and click a flag icon there, the page translates correctly. I can then click the Home page from the navigation and the page loads correctly.

What this means is that the translations DO work, but only if I hit them from particular places.

Since this is the first time I have worked with localization, I may well have set something up incorrectly. Can anyone offer any guidance as to what may be causing the inconsistency here?
