Is there a module or script that would allow a registered user to upload a file to a specific folder already created.

This is what I'm trying to accomplish.

For a school website, creating a specific teachers homework page, allowing a registered student to download their assigned homework using the documents module. Then when the homework is completed,
having the student go back to the page and have a button for them to submit their work back into a specific file created by the teacher but not allowing the student to have access to download anything from the submit folder.
