Hi, My client is running the latest version of DNN5x (their new site will be 7x). We had to create a child portal and I'm noticing some weird behavior. When we access the child portal, the admin panel at the top is visible (when unauthenticated). And if I try to edit page settings, I am unable to change the "All Users" permissions - they are locked. Any ideas what is happening here. Never seen this behavior before.
