By default, DotNetNuke requests the 'Username' in order to retrieve a forgotten password. Our experience is that often time users don't remember their username or their password but just about everybody knows their email address. It is very spiffy to enable using the email address for people who forgot their password. Todd shows the basic of setting this up. It is build into DotNetNuke (DNN) it just takes a little looking around to find it.
