How to sign your Data Processing Agreement ?

We want to make it easy for our customers to share our Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") with their stakeholders, including employees, customers and potential auditors. This will support that your usage of DNN is in adherence with the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") data processing obligations. The DPA, pre-signed by DNN, is a self-serve and easy-to-execute document that only requires a signature on the customer side. Once you sign the document please send it to sales@dnnsoftware.com for acknowledgement so the DPA will then become legally binding.

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Agreement(s) and is entered by and between the Customer and the Service Provider on the Effective Date. For the avoidance of doubt, this DPA is not valid or legally binding if there is no Agreement(s) in place between the Customer and the Service Provider.

This DPA becomes effective on the 25th May 2018 or on the acceptance of the Agreement(s), whichever is later (the “Effective Date”).
