I tested on my machine with 4.4.0 and it seems to work fine.  I also updated the tip to include this results along with a simple method to test your site to make sure it is sending the correct url format for Goggle, it should be sending anchors <a href>s.

well, I tried to add your code in my web.config and add 10 link in my sitemap... But NO results. I see that googlebot search my website last February 10, but it still don't find all my page....
