This is a post I got from a LunarPages admin while troubleshooting a DNN install with them.  The server they had originally placed us on was unstable and they had to move us.  I should have reset the database but didn't want to lose data - I didn't even think about DNN having recorded the host URL in the database.   To make a long story short, this is the reply I got after requesting support for the web page coming back with a not found error - keep in mind we had been fighting their server for well over a week and had no reason to think the move had been done properly.  I removed the guys name - I suspect the management would be a bit ticked if they saw this and while I think he's an idiot, I don't want to get him in trouble.

Hello,
Looking at your account there is some cleaning up you need to do. Delete any entries in your database reffering to xxxxxx   As well, delete the left behind DNN virtual directories. We do not support DNN 4 as DNN itself in any version is not stable on ASP. DNN 3.1 will work on ASP 1, but you have already said you dont want to use that. There is very little support we can offer for you installing and configuring DNN 4.

Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions

Let me also say I wasn't expecting him to support our DNN install specifically.    This was a by product of a bad server and a shifted database.
