I have setup a development environment following the "not using IIS" method described on http://www.adefwebserver.com/DotNetNukeHELP/ and the environment is working great for new module development.  My question/problem, is I would like to load in the source for the repository module so I can make some modifications.  I have downloaded the source from the projects area, but for the life of me I have no idea how to get it setup in my environment to be able to debug and make modifications.  I am new to module creation and would greatly appreciate any advice on how to set this up.

Most of the core modules use .net 1.1 hence, if you need to work con the Repository module you will need to convert it to 2.0 to change/debug it with DNN 4.x.x releases. FYI: since DNN 3.X versions have reached sunset, all core modules will be moved to 2.0.

Use DotNetNuke 4.3.7 Module Upgrade Wizard to convert the module to the 2.0 format. I have used it on 4 different modules and it works great (you will have to fix some minor issues for code that it can not convert but it usually takes me only 10 minutes to convert a module).
