Greetings all,

Being a photographer, I have a unique need for a shopping cart application. Since all of my products are virtual until the user orders them, i.e. (3) 4x6 BabyPhoto1.jpg @$8.99, I needed a client side solution to add items into the store module. I solved this issue by using AJAX to post items from an HTML page into a webservice that adds unique product and item information to the portal instance Store's  products/cart. The solution is working great however, I have one last issue to solve.

With the items being updated in the background, I would like to create a way to either refresh just the mini-cart on the portal instance from javascript or instruct the webservice to refresh that page. I've seen references to the lxFetch utility from Bi4Ce, which tells me that this type of operation can be done.

Does anyone have an idea or method to refresh a single module on a DNN portal tab?

Thanks in advance.
