I have two issues to mention here:

1.  I've been getting e-mail notifications about posts on this forum late.  Not just minutes or hours, but days late.  I constantly use e-mail here conversing with others, so I know my e-mail is working fine, but I'm getting notifications arriving about articles posted two-three days earlier.  Is anyone else having this problem or is it just a backlog somewhere up the pipe?

2.  On my own instance of the forums, I'm running the latest downloadable version under DNN 4.0.  I check for posts to moderate often, and there is almost nothing being posted.  A couple of days ago, I noticed one that was posted early November, so I approved that one, thinking maybe I missed it somehow.  This morning I checked again, and there were four posts talking about about Thanksgiving coming up!  I know for a fact that there was nothing to moderate yesterday.  Now I'm going to have to start looking at the database directly to see if there are new posts.

I have no idea what is happening there.  As for the emails, they will not be sent until the posts are approved.

I think I might have the e-mails figured out, it looks like it might be an inbound DNS MX record issue, should have it fixed soon.  As for the posts, it's anyone's guess.  It might have been one of those many quirks of DNN 4.0 that were popping up.  I put 4.01 online last night, and so far it is looking a lot smoother.
