I do not not if this is related, but after the application of a skin, the texts (Add, Settings, Delete,...  ) below the pictures have disappeared in the administrator pane (at the top of the screen when I am logged on as admin or as host).

Removing the skin does not help.

This problem is solved. It was not due to the skin but to the localization mechanism. "French" was defined as the language by default and these texts were in english.
