Hi all,

I had a custom asp.net application hosted on webhost4life. Today  got suspended because they said that I was using too much SQL server CPU. I dont blame them because my app was outgrown by its users, currently were receiving about 3000 uniques a day, and it was not optimized.

My question here would be:
1. how optimized is DNN and how many users could support in a shared hosted environment without disrupting servers?
2. Do you host at wh4l shared plans(how many uniques receiving per day)?

Thanks in advance

(Sorry if this was posted twice but I never saw the message being posted and did not received a confirmation)

I've been working with DNN 3 years and know the performance features pretty well. You can get away with a lot if you know what you're doing. As for Webhost4life, I wouldn't bother. Our site experienced a lot of downtime during peak hours of business and they never fixed the problem after numerous attempts. I even emailed their CEO with no response (it's an option in the control panel). Support is not so hot either.
