When I type in my website domain name ie: www.mysite.com it automatically changes to the IP address in the web browser despite the fact that I added my domain name to the Portal alias. I spoke to someone in the customer support depatment with my hosting company and he said that this is all I should have to do.  Is there something else that I need to do?

I cleared the cache and still no luck. Is there anything else that I can try?

If you have a portal alias setup for the IP address you could try removing it from the list.

How do I do that?  When I go to where I can add additional portal aliases, I am not able to make any changes to the one for the IP address.
