Compiler Error Message: BC30560: 'DataProvider' is ambiguous in the namespace 'DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey'.

Go into the /bin directory of your site and remove these files:

bin\DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey.dll
bin\DotNetNuke.Modules.Survey.SqlDataProvider.dll

that didnt help..

My site has been down for more then a week now....PLEASE HELP ME

Remove all the files in the "App_Code\Survey\" directory (leave the directory its self)

You might need to also restart the application after doing that from the Host -> Host Settings page!
