Hi everyone,

i am running 04.03.06

I am having the same issue. If I login as the admin I can't get to the site logs. If I login as the host, I can get to the logs but I get the message mentioned above. How do I authorize the admin to view the logs?

It's a Host Setting that is applied in the Admin Settings section because it is set per portal. there is also an equivalent setting in the Host Section, but that is for newly created portals.

Log in as host, go to Admin, Site Settings, Advanced, Host Settings (this bit only shows to the host), and set a number of days in the site log. A monthly figure should suffice.. 30 days or 60 days.

besides, you need to set logging to "database" in host settings, the internal site log viewer does not support file based logs.
