Hi I have a module installed and I need to change its DataProvider source code file

The file that I need to change, which contains all the stored procedures is in
Providers/ DataProviders/ SqlDataProvider / 01.00.00.SqlDataProvider

I just want to know which files need I update on the server, in order to update and reflect my changes.
I tried to updat the module.dll, module.SqlDataProvider.dll as well as the 01.00.00.SqlDataProvider file but the change doesn't seem to be updated. Is there any other things I need to do.
Thanks in advance !
