We had a third party company install DNN and our portal on a previous host. We are now moving to another host where we have installed and configured DNN 4.4.1. I would like to painlessly move the contents from the old host to the new host. Could anyone please point me to where I can read up on it? I was unable to find details on this and I need to do it quickly. Any help is much appreciated.

I thought I used a link to somebody's blog, but I guess I made a mistake.
