Hi. I apologise in advance if I have posted this to the wrong forum but I have just taken a 'best guess'.

I inherited the maintenance of a news site built using dotnetnuke and have just encountered an error that has me stumped. When I try to update an existing article, I get the error:

A critical error has occurred.
Could not allocate space for object 'DnnForge_NewsArticles_Page' in database 'vjesnik' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full.

Can anyone please help? I am completely baffled and desperate to get this sorted out asap.

That sounds like a SQL Server filegroup error that is stopping you from saving the record due to a lack of disk space.  You might want to look at the SQL Server and see if it is running out of disk space.
