I'm having two Gallery 3.1.12 installations one on DNN 4.4.0 and the other one on DNN 4.4.1.

On both installations I cannot add security roles to the gallery, after opening the popup I get following error in my server application log:

Exception message: The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_ModuleSettings_Modules". The conflict occurred in database "DNNentwicklerey", table "dbo.Modules", column 'ModuleID'.

I actually check out the problem on the SQL server, if I can resolve I will post the solution.

I didn't add the wohle stack, but this information is information is probably helpfull too:
Request information:
    Request URL: http://www.entwicklerey.ch/DesktopModules/Gallery/Popup/popupdata.aspx?datasource=gallery&objectclasses=102&tabid=85&mid=0&objectclass=102&location=&searchvalue=administrators

I cannot solve the problem. I added the roles ID directly into the modulesettings table without effect.

Please, can you give me an advice how can I solve it manually?

Thank you and best regards

Daniel

I could not fix the problem myself. Here some additional information:

From the error stack in serverlog:

Request information:  Request URL: http://www.entwicklerey.ch/DesktopModules/Gallery/Popup/popupdata.aspx?datasource=gallery&objectclasses=102&tabid=85&mid=0&objectclass=102&location=&searchvalue=administrators
Here the javascript error on client side:

.. runtime error ..
Line: 22
Error: Object expected

I added the security roles manually in table modulesettings: downloadroles: value: ;3

No way doesn't work.

I tested the whole stuff on my local DNN337 installation and there all is working fine.

Can I correct the problem temporary with some manual corrections?

Please gimmie an advice, it's quite urgent.

Thank you and best regards

Daniel
